Rapid rapid urban pressures on land and around resources have led to vegetation reduction, open spaces decrease and serious social and environmental problems. The purpose of this study is to understand the factors affecting the physical development of the Okrug valley region, taking into account the sustainable urban spatial development of the ecological dimension and preserving its environmental conditions for the next decades. To do this, using Landsat 5 and 8 satellite multi-temporal satellite images, the object-oriented satellite image processing techniques of land use changes during the period of 1363-1363, with emphasis on the scattered expansion of the city of Osko, Khosroshahr and peripheral villages in the Osko valley ecosystem Has been evaluated. According to the results, urban area of the city of Osko, Khosroshahr and six perimeter villages has reached 10888.58 hectares (104 m2) in 2016 from 290.88 hectares in 1984. 514.62 hectares of the mentioned area have been made on the Garden and agricultural lands that require the management of future development based on the sustainable development principles. Therefore, effective factors of physical development of urban area of Osko valley identified in 15 layers and possibility of urban development map using logistic regression method was prepared. According to the results, the amount of area of the city of Osko, Khosroshahr and six perimeter villages has reached 10888.58 hectares (104 m2) in 2016 from 290.88 hectares in 1984. 514.62 hectares of the mentioned area have been made on the Garden and agricultural lands that require the management of future development based on the sustainable development principles. The simultaneous use of human and natural variables along with the application of variables such as urban development maps is one of the advantages of this research to determine the direction of development. After predicting the future pattern of urban development in the Osko Valley, using the strategy of protecting gardens and green spaces in the urban development process by blocking the urban development probability map, giving space for the development, extraction of the eastern natural green belt and green arcs and Applying the prohibition of development around the proposed green belt, maintaining the ecological reserves of the Osko Valley has been operationalized by reducing the degradation of gardens and controlling the growth and dispersal of cities and villages.  }, keywords = {OskoValley,Sprawl growth,Land use Planning,Land use Changes,Sustainable Urban Development}, title_fa = {نقش راهبردهای آمایشی حفاظت از باغات و فضاهای سبز جهت رسیدن به الگوی توسعه پایدار شهری مطالعه موردی: دره اسکو}, abstract_fa = {رشد کالبدی فضایی منطقه اسکو در چند دهه اخیر موجب مسائلی همچون تغییر کاربری زمین، گسترش نامتناسب شهر و مخاطرات زیست‌محیطی شده است. فشارهای سنگین سریع شهرنشینی بر سرزمین و منابع اطراف موجب کاهش پوشش گیاهی، کاهش فضاهای باز و مشکلات جدی اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، درک عوامل مؤثر در روند توسعه فیزیکی منطقه دره اسکو با عنایت به مقوله توسعه فضایی پایدار شهری از بُعد اکولوژیکی و حفظ شرایط زیست‌محیطی آن در دهه‌های آتی می‌باشد. بدین منظور با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای چند زمانه لندست 5 و 8 تکنیک‌های پردازش تصاویر ماهواره‌ای  شی‌ءگرا، تغییرات کاربری اراضی در مقطع زمانی 1395-1363 با تأکید بر گسترش پراکنده منطقه شهری اسکو و خسروشهر و روستاهای پیرامونی که در دره زیست‌محیطی اسکو واقع‌ شده، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.بر اساس نتایج حاصله مقدار مساحت منطقه شهری اسکو، خسروشهر و شش روستای پیرامونی از 88/290 هکتار در سال 1363 به 55/1088 هکتار در سال 1395 رسیده است. 62/514 هکتار از توسعه ذکر شده بر روی اراضی باغی و زراعی صورت گرفته که لزوم مدیریت توسعه آتی مبتنی بر اصول توسعه پایدار را می‌طلبد. بدین منظور عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه فیزیکی منطقه شهری دره اسکو بر اساس پیشینه تحقیق در قالب 15 شاخص شناسایی و با استفاده از روش رگرسیون لجستیک- به دلیل توانایی آن در تعیین اهمیت متغیرها- نقشه احتمال توسعه شهری تهیه گردید که استفاده همزمان از متغیرهایی انسانی و طبیعی به همراه اعمال متغیرهای مثل نقشه بافت توسعه شهری به منظور تعیین جهت توسعه، از مزیت‌های این تحقیق به شمار می‌رود. پس از پیش‌بینی الگوی آتی توسعه شهری در دره اسکو با استفاده از راهبرد حفاظت از باغات و فضاهای سبز در فرایند توسعه شهری، با بلوک‌بندی نقشه احتمال توسعه شهری، دادن فضای لازم برای توسعه، استخراج کمربند سبز طبیعی شرقی غربی و کمان‌های سبز و اعمال ممنوعیت توسعه در اطراف کمربند سبز پیشنهادی، حفظ ذخایر اکولوژیک دره اسکو با کاهش تخریب اراضی باغی و کنترل رشد پراکنده و انفصال شهرها و روستاها عملیاتی شده است.  }, keywords_fa = {دره اسکو,رشد پراکنده,آمایش سرزمین,تغییرات کاربری اراضی,توسعه پایدار شهری}, url = {https://urdp.atu.ac.ir/article_8286.html}, eprint = {https://urdp.atu.ac.ir/article_8286_83b3d28c3836e753f6bd44097cd3118f.pdf} }
