چکیده
در کشورهای پیشرفته و صنعتی غربی و حتی کشورهای جنوب شرق آسیا سال‌های زیادی است که تلاش کرده‌اند تا مبانی حمل‌ونقل پایدار و فعال بر مبنای پیاده مداری و دوچرخه‌سواری را در میان مردم ترویج کنند. در این کشورها در راستای افزایش ایمنی دوچرخه‌سواری و پیاده‌روی، مسیرهای ویژه‌ای را تدارک دیده‌اند که علاوه بر شاخص زیبایی، ترغیب‌کننده دوچرخه‌سواران می‌باشد. در کشور ایران نیز هرچند دیر اما چند سالی است که در شهرهای گوناگونی این طرح پیاده شده است. مردم کاشآن‌هم در زمره ساکنان شهرهای تاریخی ایران هستند که سابقه دیرینه‌ای در استفاده از دوچرخه دارند. بر این منوال و در شرایط کنونی که وسایل نقلیه موتوری مشکلات زیادی پدید آورده‌اند بررسی جایگاه دوچرخه در نظام حمل‌ونقل شهری کاشان ضرورت دیده شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موانع دوچرخه‌سواری در کاشان و عوامل مؤثر در افزایش استفاده از آن می‌باشد. پس از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی مبانی نظری موضوع، داده‌های موردنیاز به شیوه پیمایشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و با روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون‌های پیرسون، تی و فریدمن) با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد مهم‌ترین مانع عدم استفاده از دوچرخه ترس از تصادف با وسایل نقلیه موتوری می‌باشد. بین استفاده از حمل‌ونقل انسان‌محور با متغیرهای میزان آگاهی و وضعیت فضای کالبدی مسیرهای دوچرخه‌سواری رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]
For many years in developed countries and even countries in South East
Asia, attempts have been made to promote the principles of sustainable and
active transportation oriented to walking and cycling among people. In order
to increase the safety of cycling and walking, these countries have prepared
special routes which in addition to the beauty index, they promote and
encourage cycling. Although a bit late, this project has been implemented in
various cities of Iran. People of Kashan like the inhabitants of the ancient
cities of Iran have a long history in the use of bicycles. Nowadays that the
uses of motor vehicles have created many problems; studying the role of the
bicycles in urban transportation system seems necessary. The aim of this
study was to investigate the barriers to cycling and effective factors in the
using growth of it in Kashan. After library studying and literature review,
our data was collected by survey using a questionnaire and were analyzed
