The change in spatial development patterns from agriculture life into industry and then, service sector, and in response, changes in spatial paradigms of settlement and development, has led to concentration of population and resources of development in cities and mega cities. This concentration is followed by contradictions and conflicts in interests and behavior which can be a contextual preparation for crime along with making improvement in higher degrees of quality in life, especially when physical development of city lacks a comprehensive spatial planning. Thus, this research aimed to study crime patterns and its spatial analysis in urban and peri-urban areas and their application urban planning. On a descriptive-analytical approach and by applying meta-synthesis, it investigates prior research articles on related domain. Results show that factors such as population density and social ecology can prepare opportunities for crime, but different communities respond to such opportunities in different patterns. Comparing results within Iranian cities to other global locations made it clear that the research on patterns of crimes in Iranian cities is distinct from foreign countries’ cities both in terms of form and content. The results and conclusions of this article can be used by urban planners and managers in formulation and implementation of spatial plans and policies especially for high-risk areas.

A proven methodology in various research is to confirm the cooperation required in the professional development of professors and teachers, to create of professional learning societies (PLC); Which provides a platform for professors of different departments of the university; In this regard, identifying the components of urban planning education with emphasis on the relationship with learning communities as one of the ways to improve the knowledge, skills and writing of professors and students on the quantitative and qualitative issues of urban planning has been proposed. The present research is a basic research based on purpose; This research was qualitative; Therefore, in the present study, 12 experts in the field of urban planning were selected and data were collected through in-depth interviews. the data extracted from the collection process was coded in three steps to extract the final model based on it; We also coded the interviews to facilitate their understanding and extraction of results, which was done in three stages: subcategories, intermediate categories, and main categories.. After removing the commonalities, 89 subcategories were identified in the primary coding stage, 23 intermediate categories in the secondary coding stage, and 5 main categories in the final coding stage; Includes: quality of training, methods and tools; professors and coaches; Basic factors of education; Skills; The values and finally the relationships between the obvious categories and the conceptual model derived from the qualitative analysis method with an inductive approach were provided; Which was presented as the final model of the research.

Both men and women deploy city spaces corresponding to their social roles and responsibilities. Since women have always been directly in contact with family and society, they should be considered at the center of attention in urban planning and construction. However, urban planning has been consolidated on the patriarchal implementations and understanding of men’s need. That is why urban policy makers believe that considering the gender equalities should be above all decision making for reshaping the cities. To address the issue, this article attempts to sheds light on the concepts of ‘understanding the needs of both men and women in construction of urban spaces’, ‘recognition of the crucial elements in women-friendly city’ and ‘elucidation of women’s role in urban planning. In doing so, both library research and deeds survey will be customized. Thereafter, according to the literature, the suitable theoretical framework will be adopted so that the strategies and the developmental attempts could be done.
