Due to global warming, increasing greenhouse gas emissions, and people's dependence on private cars, the need for more attention from urban experts to the impact of urban form indicators and economic and social indicators on energy consumption and traffic behaviors of citizens, becomes more critical than before Among these, the city form with indicators such as density, mixed land-use, design, distance to public transportation, and distance to the city center is one of the most important determining factors in the travel patterns of residents. The present study is applied research with 1000 sample volumes to investigate the relationship between city form indicators and socio-economic indicators as well as household travel behavior on the distance between household travel and VKT in the traffic areas of Qazvin city. In this study, statistical methods of Pearson correlation and multivariate regression have been used. The analysis results indicate that the variables of city form and socio-economic variables, and household travel behavior affect the distance traveled by private car up to 23%, the distance traveled by the family up to 33%, and the working distance of households up to 17%. In this study, the distance to the city center (with a beta coefficient of 0.217) is the most essential variable of city form affecting the amount of VKT, and the factor of vehicle ownership (with a beta coefficient of 0.243) is the most influential economic variables on the amount of VKT.

The old texture of each city reflects its history and past identity. One of the measures that can be taken to preserve it is to turn these passages into sidewalks, which can be an attractive destination for walking and contribute to the sustainable growth and development of the city. Therefore, more attention of city managers to urban movement spaces such as "sidewalks" is one of the most basic parts of urban policies to achieve sustainable development, especially in the old context of the historical value of cities. In this article, by examining different sidewalk indicators in terms of sustainable development in Semnan, including sidewalk indices, sustainable development indicators, in the process of sidewalk reconstruction based on questionnaires developed by test methods hypothesis of average equality of a community t-test, correlation coefficient Pearson and then ranking the indicators based on entropy weight and finally by TOPSIS method. Data analysis is performed and hypotheses are examined. HQE2R model has been used to measure the amount of pedestrian orbit. The results showed that pedestrian indicators, sustainable development indicators, leisure time index in urban planning and the process of recreation of urban sidewalks from the perspective of sustainable development in the historical context of Semnan city are correctly defined and can be converted into urban sidewalks.

Rising demand for energy and an emphasis on environmental sustainability have revolutionized the energy infrastructure in the environment. At the same time, more distributed energy systems are emerging rapidly. These changes will definitely affect the design, operation and management of buildings. In this article, with the aim of evaluating energy efficiency at the neighborhood scale using the lead model for sustainable development in Yousefabad neighborhood of Tehran's sixth district . The type of applied research and study method is descriptive-analytical. The method of collecting library information and detailed data is in the sixth district of Tehran and data analysis has been done using the lead model. Findings show that Yousefabad neighborhood, in total, the score of the studied area out of 35 possible points has obtained about 20.75 points, which indicates that the situation is approximately approved - half of the points obtained - and with other changes. In the range, energy efficiency increases according to the lead model. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures related to energy with the aim of reducing its consumption and achieving energy efficiency, and with its cultural context, cause the socio-economic prosperity of the citizens' environment and at the same time improve the quality of the environment to conserve natural resources.

Industrial application is one of the applications whose proper layout can protect the natural and human environment from the negative effects of the deployment of industrial use. Hence, in this study, considering the standards of safety and accessibility of natural and human criteria in the city of Ardabil, a land zoning of Ardabil was carried out to determine the appropriate location for the establishment of industries. The research was conducted with application purposes in mind, and in terms of its nature and method, it was a descriptive and analytical research, which means that using the existing standards, the industries are located in the studied area. The results of this research indicate that the lands suitable for the establishment of industry of 43720 hectares of land are included in the study area. Given that the AHP model only has the ability to identify suitable and unsuitable areas for the establishment of industries and cannot determine priority and preference fo the deployment of industries in the appropriate places, the capabilities of the ARC MAP software were used to identify and isolate entire areas suitable for at least 200 hectares. Using the VIKOR model and the 8 effective criteria for locating industries, he identified areas were prioritized. The results of the research show that the current location of the industry in the city of Ardabil is in conflict with the optimal areas identified. Also, 6 new areas for the establishment of industrial units in the Ardebil district were identified and prioritized for the establishment of industries in these areas.
