The development process over the past 50 years has had many positive and negative effects on urban communities around the world. One of the significant concerns is the constant increase in urban temperature called the urban heat island. The heat island is like an umbrella of air that is often located on the city or built-up areas and the temperature inside is warmer than the surrounding air. Be. In recent decades, thermal islands are expected to pose many challenges for cities. Among the issues that can be mentioned are community health, social welfare, urban infrastructure, energy demand and water resources, but it seems that this procedure is not one-sided, but these social, economic, etc This article intends to study the weather and images of LandSat-8 satellite and MODIS sensor to determine the exact location of thermal islands in the metropolis of Tehran, to overlap these images with GIS maps related to social and economic characteristics of the city. (Population density, quality of life, housing prices), to explain the formation of thermal islands as well as socio-economic developments. The results of this study show that areas ten and eleven and twelve of the metropolis of Tehran are among the main areas of the thermal islands of this city, which seems to be more evident due to the special social and economic characteristics of these areas, the distribution pattern of thermal islands.

This article has been done with the aim of achieving an appropriate model of integrated management in the metropolitan area of Mashhad, taking into account the position of all actors. The research method of the article is a qualitative method of content content analysis and semi-structured interview has been used. The statistical community is considered experts and specialists in the field of urban management. Sampling used a combination of two standard methods and snowball. The method of analyzing the interview data was also interpretive and Atlas-ti.7 software was used. Findings indicate that the metropolitan area of Mashhad consists of four cities of Mashhad, Chenaran, Fariman and Binalood, which are managed separately. The actors of the management structure were identified in three sections: public, public and private. It is proposed to form an integrated institution of mother city management that dominates the whole area. This body consists of the mother city council, which is responsible for legislating and preparing the plan. Council members are a combination of representatives of all actors who are involved in the management of the constituency through legislation and the election of a director.

. In the realization of the creative city in Hormozgan province are known and the indicators of the number of printing houses, the number of libraries and the number of cultural and artistic exhibitions with an impact weight of 0.0195 are known as the least effective indicators in the realization of the creative city. In line with the second goal, TOPSIS model was used and its results showed that Bandar Abbas with the value of Ci 1 has the highest level of creativity and in the port of Lengeh with the value of 0.815649 in the second place, Minab with the value of 124715 / 0 in the third rank, Qeshm with the value of 0.09292 in the fourth rank, Rudan with the value of 0.070436 in the fifth rank, Bastak with the value of 0.070352 in the sixth rank, Parsian with the value of 0.0586565 in the seventh rank, Hajiabad with the value of / 058778 0 in the eighth place, Jask with the value of 0.051672 in the ninth place, Khamir with the value of 0.04316 in the tenth place, Sirik with the value of 0.016682 in the eleventh place, Abu Musa with the value of 0.012988 in the twelfth place and Bashagard with the value of 0.008452 It is ranked last.

In normative studies, which provide qualitative result to promote children's independent mobility (CIM), enough attention is not paid to the attitudes of children, parents, and experts. Positive research that investigates children's independent mobility using measuring instruments, the researcher understanding of the study context and perceptual characteristics of children and parents is limited. The present study aims at investigating the variables of children's independent mobility using exploration and confirmatory methods, respectively. Analysis of 1896 behavioral places made possible discovering 9 selected range of independent mobility and 4 principles related to the promotion of children's independent mobility . Expert attitudes were assessed by Delphi technique and the exploratory principles were ranked by Shannon’s entropy. Factor analysis was used to confirm the effect of 5 factors on improving children's independent mobility (N= 204). The housing type, number of floors, level of residency, street type, green-space, perceived safety and gender differences were variables related to children's independent mobility .

This study was conducted to assess the selected indicators in the process of green urban development in District 22 of Tehran during a five-year period from 2011 to 2016(A study that has not been conducted for a period of time from this emerging and developing area of Tehran). For this purpose, In addition to the air quality criterion as the preferred criterion, other effective criteria for measuring urban development were identified and clarified based on theories, views and case studies in the context of the above objectives. Data analysis was performed with Expert Choice software and performance evaluation matrix and Excel spreadsheet. The results of this study indicate that the performance of clean air policy as a selected criterion during the period under review, optimal performance, particulate matter smaller than 10 microns (PM10) and sulfur dioxide (SO2), moderate performance and nitrogen dioxide pollutant (NO2) also had poor performance. The functional performance score of the green city in the study area during the five-year period was 0.545, i.e., 54.5% of the changes in urban development in this area in this period has been achieved based on the criteria of the green city and this indicates that green urban development Its significant environmental features are in the middle position and it is relatively far from the ideal point. At the end of the study, after identifying the functional weaknesses, some strategies for optimal and more efficient planning are presented.
