The rapid growth of the urban population has caused problems. One of the new approaches to problem-solving is smart cities. This study aims to investigate the compatibility of smart cities with their context. Research is a fundamental-applied study; where the meta-analysis method as one of the meta-study methods, and the content analysis method have been used. The methodological approach is mixed (quantitative-qualitative) and the data obtained this research, including 70 sources (mainly from 2011 to 2021), has been library datasets. Findings show that most of the reviewed resources in terms of titles, do not have a title similar to the research topic and in terms of the content, a small number of resources have paid attention to the issue of context in smart cities. some previous studies have emphasized the need to do this issue, and this indicates that the challenge of contextualization in smart cities needs to be further substantiated and documented, and the results of this study confirms the claim that the subject under discussion will have an important implication in urban planning literature.

The thermal comfort analysis models specify the acceptable thermal condition such as temperature, humidity, and air movement. Personal, measurable environmental, and psychological factors affect thermal comfort. Psychological factors are often overlooked because they are difficult to quantify. These factors based on different hypotheses such as the hue-heat hypothesis affect the human perception of thermal comfort. The hue-heat hypothesis indicates the relationship between warm and cool colours and subjective evaluation of thermal comfort. This paper used a questionnaire (Actual Sensation Vote) to examine the association between these factors and thermal sensation, humidity sensation, and draught sensation. Totally 65 volunteers from commercial buildings in district 2 of Tehran answered the questionnaires. Cronbach’s alpha is calculated and showed the consistent reliability of the questionnaires. Results indicated that in winter, thermal sensation votes increase in hot spaces (warm colour and low lighting colour temperature) compared to two other spaces. Likewise, in summer, thermal sensation votes decrease in cold spaces (cool colour and high lighting colour temperature) compared to two other spaces. In addition, results clarified that discomfort sensation in the head, neck, and chest is more than in other parts of our bodies. Therefore, regarding thermal comfort, hot spaces are better in winter, and cold spaces are better in summer.

The expansion of cities has become a necessary matter due to urbanization. Thus, the expansion of transportation networks has become a necessity. This is causing a lot of problems in the neighborhoods which have been crossed by new roads. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the supplementary project of the northern belt of Sari city to the residents of the 22 Bahman neighborhood. In this research, the data collection method is field and statistical (a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods). The Criteria of "access and services", "physical conditions" and "social situation" have been defined to measure the impact of the new communication path on the living conditions of the 22 Bahman neighborhood. Using the software of Expert Choice, an AHP technic has been applied to wight the criteria and subcriteria, and finally, the status of each of the criteria was evaluated. The results showed that the completion of the northern belt has created problems for the residents of the 22 Bahman neighborhood. The construction of the northern belt has the most effects on the criterion of access and services, then social status, and at last, physical conditions of the neighborhood. According to the studies, it seems that the completion of the northern belt project of the city was necessary, but it was vital to improve the method of project implementation so that the 22 Bahman residential neighborhood would not be divided into two separate parts and people living in the neighborhood would have fewer problems.

Informal housing is a common style of urban growth in most developing countries and is organized somehow which is neither urban nor rural. This study aimed to understand the daily life experience of citizens in the suburbs of Hoveyzeh city in Khuzestan province. The research method in this research was based on the qualitative method in the form of data theory and the data collection technique was semi-structured interviews and participatory field observations. To achieve the research objectives, 20 residents of these areas have been purposefully selected. Interviews continued until the saturation of data. After coding, 21 main categories of data emerged, each of which was analyzed based on the text of the interviews. In terms of conditions including (lack of support and skills, disregard for spatial justice, the need to change the space for social change, sense of abandonment, direct experience of war, actors' mental contexts, historical criticism of the produced space, marginalized lifestyle, acceptance and normal Marginal life, destiny and heredity, local dependence on interests and connections, combination of fear and narrative) and in the action-interaction dimension (confrontation, conflict, comparison, feeling of despair in changing the situation, the blind cycle of poverty) and in Then there are the consequences (marginalization of the marginalized, the principles of the right to the city as a missing link, the combination of fear and narrative, self-reliance) that have formed around a core category called (bio-luxury and return to habit). Finally, after extracting the findings, using the GIS, the relationship between location and the incidence of injuries is discussed and the results are expressed analytically and graphically. Also, the results of the spatial analysis show that among the vulnerability components, most of Hoveyzeh's areas are exposed to security and psychological vulnerabilities.

One of the effective components of the growth of tourism destinations is the perceived quality of the destination brand, which can attract tourists. Therefore, the present study has developed a comprehensive framework for measuring the dimensions of perceived quality and ranking them in tourism destinations. The present research is applied research using descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study includes foreign tourists who traveled to Tehran in the summer of 2019. From this population, a sample of 265 people was selected by the available sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the research data. SPSS software was also used to analyze the data. The research findings show that the factor analysis of perceived quality of tourism destination consists of six dimensions which according to the Friedman ranking test are as follows: Perceived quality of human relations, perceived quality of tourist attractions, perceived quality of tourist attractions, perceived quality of tourism destination management, perceived quality of physical facilities and perceived quality of destination health standards.

Mehr housing is one of the solutions to the housing shortage to provide housing for low-income people in the community. But in terms of architecture, from all spatial, physical, economic, and social dimensions, and residents' satisfaction, it suffers from numerous problems. This study aims to investigate Mehr housing in terms of physical and social factors. The results of studies showed that comfort and security have the greatest impact on the housing architecture of the new city of Sahand. There is a significant relationship between physical components such as space form, space size, visual and environmental comfort, spatial organization and location, and sense of security, which unfortunately has not been considered in the design of Mehr housing. The beauty of the landscape as a criterion affecting the social quality of life of residents to date has resulted in nothing but the production of anhydrous, shapeless, uninspired, inanimate, monotonous, and without a specific spatial organization. Also, the factors of building strength in Mehr housing have been one of the challenges that have been linked to social debates in various studies, such as the lack of trust of Mehr housing residents in these complexes and the recent earthquakes and the role of these complexes in casualties. The lives and finances of the citizens have been lost, and the citizens of Mehr Housing have also lost their public trust in these complexes.
