Providing the required fuel for vehicles and in line with it, choosing the Proper location for fueling stations is considered as one of the important and key issues. In recent years, due to the lack of large and suitable spaces for the construction of a new fuel station, for the first time in the country, the first phase of the linear fueling station a the Isfahan metropolis has been implemented. Before entering the implementation of the second phase of the project and also the extension of the stations to other metropolises of country, the evaluation of linear fueling stations especially in terms of landuse quality (matrices of compatibility, desirability, capacity and dependence) is very important. In this regard, in this research library and field methods have been used to collect data. In addition, a combination of fuzzy logic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used to analyze the status of linear fueling stations. The results show that in general, 34% of all linear gas stations in Isfahan are in a relatively unsuitable location and 20% of them are in average condition in terms of qualitative evaluation of the landuse. The general suggestions of this research are to pay attention to providing the necessary infrastructure for the construction of linear gas stations, eliminating the shortcomings of existing linear stations and conducting integrated transportation and land use studies before the implementation of the second phase of the project.

Along with the evolution of the empowerment approach and the expansion of community-based policies, the development of local communities and informal settlements has shifted to asset-based rather than the need-based approach. The community development according to this approaches which is known as “Asset Based Community Development” (ABCD), mostly focuses on the assets and capabilities of the community, including physical, social and economic resources. This is to get people out of the cycle of poverty and need and to promote their human and social dignity.Informal settlements, despite the dominant view about their problems and anomalies, are home to a section of society who do not have enough power and courage to join the city's socio-economic body. Farahzad, one of the Tehran’s informal neighborhood was selected as a case of study and we intend to explore the underlying asset development policy for organizing informal settlements. The methodology of this study is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and it can be put in the category of descriptive-analytical researches. 93 households were selected as the sample and statistical analysis including acceptable test were applied. This study showed that the social capital can be considered as of the important assets in Farahzad neighborhood. This advantageous asset can be better addressed by these factors: sense of belonging, social cohesion, participation and collective action. The networks of community relations were also evaluated and analyzed, which evidenced the stronger inter-ethnic relations than inter-ethnics, as well as the strong connections of the NGO’s with ethnicity.

The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of smart projects in the municipality of Region 2. In this study, the effectiveness of smart projects has been investigated in the form of Kirk Patrick's effectiveness model and using quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques including survey, interview and hierarchical analysis. The findings of the quantitative section showed that the two projects, Pido and Bidood, with a very large difference compared to other projects are considered to be the most effective smart projects implemented in Region 2 of Tehran. for other projects the effectiveness is much lower than the first two projects. However, From this perspective the Allo Park application is in the third place, and the Smart Marginal Park and Rialo projects are in the next ranks. However, Capitankar and Urban Smart Kiosk are the least effective smart projects implemented in Region 2 . The results of the causation section showed that the failure of the studied projects is primarily related to managerial weakness and unprofessional decisions. Secondly, there is a lack of an interactive and participatory approach among various sectors, including organizational managers and program makers, contractors and citizens, thirdly, there are problems related to the implementation process and executive factors. In this regard, the application of the present study in three main areas, including the need for change in the decision-making system, the need for change in the participation system and the need for change in the implementation system has been developed and presented

After removing the commonalities, 89 subcategories were identified in the primary coding stage, 23 intermediate categories in the secondary coding stage, and 5 main categories in the final coding stage; Includes: quality of training, methods and tools; professors and coaches; Basic factors of education; Skills; The values and finally the relationships between the obvious categories and the conceptual model derived from the qualitative analysis method with an inductive approach were provided; Which was presented as the final model of the research.
