چکیده

چکیده
توسعه شهرها فرآیندی پویا ومداوم است که درطی آن محدوده‌های فیزیکی شهر وفضاهای کالبدی آن از حیث کمی افزایش وازحیث کیفی تغییر می‌یابد واگر این روند سریع و بی‌برنامه باشد به ترکیب فیزیکی مناسبی از فضاهای شهری نخواهد انجامید. در این راستا این تحقیق در شهر لامرد واقع در جنوب استان فارس انجام شده است که هدف از این پژوهش بهسازی و نوسازی و شناخت نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدیدها و بر طرف کردن ها . ارائه استراتژی با استفاده از مدل swot است. جهت انجام این پژوهش ار روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و نوع آن کاربردی می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهدکه روند رو به رشد در ساخت و ساز به عنوان اولین فرصت، قرار گیری شهر در پهنه بندی زلزله با خطر بالا به عنوان نخستین تهدید، پتانسیل استفاده از زمینهای بایر و بدون استفاده جهت ایجاد فضاهای مناسب جهت ارتقای کیفیت زیست محیط به عنوان نخستین قوت و پایین بودن تعداد ابنیه با کیفیت نوساز و استاندارد به عنوان نخستین ضعف محسوب می شود. و در نهایت با توجه به نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهدید و فرصت به تدوین استراتژی‌ها اقدام شد.

Improvement and modernization of urban distressed areas of socio-economic welfare of residents: study in Lamerd

چکیده [English]

Urban development and continuous dynamic process during which the physical Mhdvdh‌Hay city in terms of its physical spaces Vazhys qualitatively changed slightly decreases if the process is fast and By‌Brnamh urban spaces will not lead to physical composition. In this regard, this study was conducted in Lamerd located in the southern province of Fars, the purpose of the study, improvement and renovation, and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, on behalf of the company. Swot strategy is presented using the model. For the study of Analytical method and applied it.the strength and low number of buildings and new quality standard is the first weakness. Finally, with regard to the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to development strategies were developed.
