چکیده

شناخت دلایل و عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه‌یافتگی و توسعه‌نیافتگی یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات مطالعات اجتماعی و اقتصادی در نیم‌قرن اخیر می‌باشد. توسعه منطقه‌ای به‌عنوان یکی از پیش‌نیازهای توسعه‌یافتگی بر جنبه‌های گوناگون توسعه جهت دستیابی به توازن و تعادل منطقه‌ای، کاهش نابرابری‌های زیرساختی، تعدیل شکاف‌های ساختاری و سرزمینی تأکید می‌نماید. چنین الگویی از توسعه علاوه بر این‌که به لحاظ مدیریت بهینه منابع و توان بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های منطقه‌ای بسیار کارآمد است، با هدف کاهش یا حذف تفاوت‌های بین منطقه‌ای و درون‌منطقه‌ای، انتظام مکانی - فضایی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی - اجتماعی و ساختاری را نیز بر اساس ظرفیت‌های محلی مناطق ساماندهی می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‌های مؤثر بر توسعه منطقه‌ای در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری صورت گرفته است. رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش کاربردی - نظری و از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی و پیمایشی می‌باشد. گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات، به‌وسیله مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای - اسنادی و برداشت‌های میدانی (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) صورت گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌های کمی و نرم‌افزاری (روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل و نرم‌افزار میک‌مک) تعداد (20) عامل، به‌عنوان پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر توسعه منطقه‌ای در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری، استخراج و انتخاب گردید.

چکیده [English]

Knowing the reasons and factors affecting development and non-development is one of the most important topics of social and economic studies in the last half-century. Regional development, as one of the prerequisites for development, emphasizes various aspects of development to achieve regional balance, reduce infrastructural inequalities adjust structural and territorial gaps. Such a model of development, in addition to being very efficient in terms of optimal management of resources and the ability to use regional capacities, with the aim of reducing or eliminating differences between regional and intra-regional, the spatial discipline of socio-economic and structural activities also organizes based on the local capacities of the regions. The current research was carried out with the aim of structural analysis of drivers affecting regional development in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. the dominant approach in this research is applied - theoretical and in terms of nature and method is descriptive-analytical and survey. Data and information were collected by studying library-documentary sources and field observations (interviews and questionnaires). To analyze the data using quantitative and software models (Method of Cross-impact analysis and Micmac software) a number of (20) factors were extracted and selected as key drivers effective on regional development in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
